Dispatch Day Schedule:

• Monday to Wednesday orders - Order by 1pm for the following day dispatch.

• Thursday to Sunday orders - Order by 1pm for Monday dispatch.

Please note this may change when there is UK bank holidays.​

ORDERS WITH FRUITS & VEGETABLES:

• Dispatch days: TUESDAY/WEDNESDAY.

• The order's cut off is every Tuesday for the following Wednesday dispatch. We often have extra for last minute customers, but if not, the order will be moved the week after. We will email you for updates.

• Next day delivery (1-2 working days) once dispatched, tracking is included.

• Shipping costs are calculated automatically and depending on weight.

PLEASE NOTE: Once we dispatched the order and tracking number is provided, customers will receive a message/email that was provided during checkout. It is customers responsibility to monitor the tracking of the parcel and make adjustment if needed.

COLLECTION IN STORE

Your shopping will be ready to collect the following day if orders are made by 5pm. You can also message us for frozen goods reservation through the Contact Support or via Facebook page. Please state your order number when you message us.
