At AMORES ORIENTAL MART, we want to give our customers the most enjoyable shopping experience, one that will keep them coming back to our store time and time again. That’s why we believe that our store policies should be fair, clear and transparent. Below you’ll find a list of all our policies. We operate a returns policy in accordance with the UK Distance Selling Regulations allowing you to return any unwanted item within 14 days of receiving delivery of your order. You have another 14 days to return the goods once the return request has been granted.

PLEASE NOTE: We will not cover the shipping fee when you return the products and delivery charge is non-refundable.


We do not offer a refund for certain items:

  • perishable items: frozen food and chilled items

  • any items which have been opened or package has been broken

  • any discount items

  • unwanted items up to 28 days after receipt

  • any damaged or missing items reported after 30 days of receiving delivery

Items must be returned in unused and in unopened packaging conditions.

Once we received the products and agreed for a refund, you'll receive the refund within 5-10 working days (depending on the process of the bank) on your original method of payment.

There may be times when the products are out of stock, if this occurs, we will issue refund straight away.

This policy doesn’t affect your statutory rights. We only accept returns from the person who bought the item.

Chilled and Frozen Goods:

Any orders with chilled and frozen products are dispatched on Monday-Wednesday and it will be delivered in 1-2 working days.  This will be packed with iced bottles (non-drinkable). 

Chilled and Frozen goods are customers' risk and responsibility. This means it is NON-REFUNDABLE.

Please understand that frozen goods are most likely to defrost during delivery, so, please keep it refrigerated within 24 hours or by manufacturer’s guidelines, whichever is soonest. Please do not refreeze as this can affect the quality of the product.

We will not be able to guarantee the quality of chilled/frozen products with any delays in the delivery caused by the absence of the customer on the day of delivery or any unforeseen delays of delivery courier after the order has been dispatched. Upon reasons, any damages of chilled and frozen items cannot be refundable. 

Perishable Goods (Fruits & Vegetables):

Any orders with perishable foods are dispatched on Wednesday and will be delivered in 1-2 working days.

Upon arrival, please check the fruits and vegetables as we only cover 12-hour refund policy. 

However, if there is delay caused by delivery courier, we will not be able to issue a refund as this is already out of our control.

Please note: Sometimes, due to unforeseen events, there might be some missing fruits and/or vegetables. If this happen, we'll issue a refund.
